Head to Bob Young Field & Cheer On Sioux Falls City on Saturday

It's been an exciting and historic season for the young Sioux Falls City FC team. Now they need Sioux Falls' support for its biggest game ever.

On Saturday, July 13th and Sunday, June 14th at Bob Young Field in Sioux Falls, Sioux Falls City FC is hosting the Central Region Playoffs with the hopes of earning the Northern Conference Champion title for the WPSL (Women’s Premier Soccer League). And your Sioux Falls City FC is part of the action this Saturday afternoon.

Sioux Falls City FC will host Colorado Pride, FC Pride Soccer Club, and Union KC. Your Sioux Falls City FC will face off against the FC Pride Soccer Club from Indianapolis, Indiana in the first semi-final match at 4 PM at Bob Young Field.

If Sioux Falls City FC wins the match with FC Pride Soccer Club, they will play for the Central Region title on Sunday, July 14th at Bob Young Field.

The purpose of the Sioux Falls City FC team is to form "a community-focused amateur soccer club that strives to provide the highest level of developmental soccer opportunities for elite female soccer players in the Sioux Falls region." It's all about supporting women in sports, especially the first semi-pro women's team in Sioux Falls!

I have been proud and honored to be part of the Sioux Falls City FC team since its inaugural season as the Game Day announcer. It's been a privilege to watch this team grow and thrive. This is only the beginning for Sioux Falls City FC!
