South Dakota officers are warning the public of a 'high-risk' offender who is set to be released soon.

Moises Aguilar-Hernandez has served his sentence "for sexual contact with a child under the age of 16 from Beadle County." Wow...this is awful. Lock your doors.

When will Moises Aguilar-Hernandez be released on South Dakota streets?

A new public notice from the South Dakota Department of Corrections 43-year-old South Dakota criminal will be released in the Huron area on Thursday, April 17th. Since Moises Aguilar-Hernandez has served his entire sentence, he will not be released under parole supervision.

Secretary of Corrections Kellie Wasko explains in the public notice that this South Dakota offender committed this unthinkable crime in 2010 and served a 15-year sentence.

“I am alerting law enforcement and the public of this offender’s release from prison, based on his criminal history involving sex offenses and institutional assessments that indicate a high risk to reoffend."

Local law enforcement in surrounding areas have been informed of this upcoming prison release. Moises Aguilar-Hernandez is described as a 5-feet-11-inches tall man who weighs approximately 260 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
