Prepare For Snow And High Winds In Our Region Sunday
The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Parts of South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota including Sioux Falls, in effect from midnight tonight through 9:00 PM Sunday.
"A big change is on the way for Sunday. A sweeping cold front will bring high winds and snow to the region during the morning hours of Sunday. The combination of snow and wind may lead to dangerous driving conditions, especially as you travel east into Minnesota and Iowa. While snow may end early Sunday afternoon, blowing and minor drifting of snow may continue into Monday morning. If traveling on Sunday, begin to alter plans NOW." - NWS
