Lunchbox Misses the Company Outing — and He’s Not Happy About It

Lunchbox found himself caught up in some office drama after realizing he wasn’t invited to a recent company outing. He ran into the head of the building, who mentioned a work event at Top Golf. That’s when Lunchbox stopped in his tracks — what outing? He hadn’t heard anything about it.

When he asked about the event, the boss said everyone was invited by email. But Lunchbox swore he never got one. Right away, he started thinking he was purposely left out. After all, in his words, he’s a “pretty big deal” around the building — maybe even the biggest, right up there with Bobby Bones himself.

But before things got too dramatic, Morgan stepped in to figure out what happened. After a little digging, she found that the invite was sent to Lunchbox… just not to the email account he actually checks. It went to one of his other inboxes, and he never saw it. Mystery solved!

You’d think that would end the story, but not for Lunchbox. He said someone should’ve made sure he got the message, maybe even sent him a personal invite. Bobby and Eddie had a different take, though. They joked that maybe Lunchbox didn’t make the top of the list because he has a habit of bringing his whole family to work events — even when it’s not a “bring your family” kind of thing — and he’s always first in line for anything free.

In the end, it looks like an honest mix-up. But if you know Lunchbox, you know he’s not about to drop it anytime soon!
